I'm looking out my window right now and I see the cable guys here once again. Over the last year they've come out 4 times to repair my cable. Its nothing fancy, I've got your digital package with DVR and high speed internet. However, the entire time I've been here there have been complications.
Every visit has resulted in the technician not being able to identify why there is a problem, but he recognizes there is a problem.
The PROBLEM:
The signal I am getting in my home is too low.
Why?:
The Cable company can't tell me why. They see there is sufficient power outside but inside is a whole other ball game.
Solution:
See what happens. See, there isn't another alternative. So I either get cable or I don't. Oh yeah, there's satellite, but with homeowner regulations its all but impossible.
What Now:
So I'm settling for intermittent interruptions and painful playbacks of recorded shows.
